Get posts from specific categories

    Greetings!

    Is it possible to show posts based not on categories or tags, but from specific categories?
    I need to show “related” (in real in may be random) posts only from three categories.
    Is it possible to hardcode ID’s of this categories somewhere in Inline Related Posts
    Plugin files?
