Get previous sidebar widgets back

    A big debacle and a lot of time got me back to this spot. I will skip the previous horror details.

    I have my blog back and have the sidebar widgets still in the blog files but they aren’t showing in the sidebar. When I login and go to the widgets page only two of nine are showing even though it says nine are installed. I am trying to avoid doing them all over because there is so much time involved.

    Anyone know where to look or how to get them back?

    Problems can happen when switching from Widget ready themes to non-widgetized themes.

    May have to look at your wp_options (see below) table to copy and paste the settings into to a temporary file, then use something like http://justintadlock.com/archives/2009/03/03/widgets-reset-wordpress-plugin to reset everything.

    In wp_options, the Tag Cloud Widget has a option_name of widget_tag_cloud so look for other ‘settings’ where the option_name contains the word widget
