Get return shipment number?

    Hi,

    After the creation of the labels (Shipping+Return) Currently I get the Shipping Tracking number in the order details but the Return number i don’t have it.

    is there a way to get it also to be visible there, because it’s only available in the PDF Return Label.

    Hi Shadi,is there a way to add it manually for the time being ? or should i contact my DHL Manager for this ?

    You can manually add an order note and enter it in there if you want.

    Yes it’s possible but i want to make it automatically especially the frequency of the orders coming….

    Currently there is no way to do it automatically.
