    Hi,

    I just installed plugin on my website. But it show this error:

     Dec 15 2025 16:37:19: Error occurred while automatically get Access key. SERVER_ERROR NO: 8 MSG: {“trackify.vn”:”An account connected to the website trackify.vn already exists. Please restore access to the account here: https:\/\/cleantalk.org\/my\/reset_password?forgotten_email=1″}

    I used to install this plugin on my website, but deleted it due to backup and now have to install it again. I have try to reset password but there is no email coming.

    Please check on this matter.

    Hello,

    It appears that your default website email is different from your CleanTalk email. Please copy your access key from your CleanTalk Dashboard:

    https://cleantalk.org/my/

    Paste it into the ‘Access key’ field and save the settings. If you require any further assistance, please contact us at [email protected] or through our private Ticket System:

    Hi,

    The problem is I cannot log in to my Cleantalk account. I lost my password and tried to reset, but there is no reset password email.

    So I have to send a ticket to this Cleantalk support email?
