“Get Tickets” button is disabled

    This is my second event and the previous one allowed attendees to purchase tickets no problem. I just published a new event but the “Get Tickets” button is disabled and I am unable to click it, including in a private window. The PayPal configuration status still says “complete” and there are no sale start and end dates set. Please help!

    Hi there,

    The “get tickets” button will not be able to be clicked until choosing a number of tickets in the quantity field. Are you doing this before clicking on the “get tickets” button?

    I visited the link you shared, and was able to click the button and be taken to the PayPal site. Do you see this same behavior in an alternate browser, or when using an “incognito” browser window?
