Instead of the customizer, I get this two lines:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) in /home/akellogg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/amr-users/includes/ausers-pluggable.php on line 523

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 65536 bytes) in /home/akellogg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/sync/class.jetpack-sync-sender.php on line 98

Lol – actually no, you, or rather that website has the problem, when a site runs out of memory, the last plugins loaded will be the ones that it does the fatal error on.
It doesn’t necessarily follow that that plugin is the one using too much memory
