Hello,
Line does not provide the user’s email address, so it’s not possible to get it from there. The plugin has however an opt to ask the user to enter his email address manually in case it’s not provided by the social network.

Hello, thanks for your reply.
I’m using the plugin now, but I saw the field that Note “By submitting this permission, you will be able to request for user’s email using OpenID Connect.” on the Line Developers.

Hello,
in your OneAll account you can now access the Line settings and tick “Verified Email”. If Line has granted that permission for your app, the user’s email will be included in the result.
Regards,
Thank you for all your assistance, I really appreciate your help in resolving the problem.

Hello,
I tick “Verified Email” in my OneAll account, and Line has granted the permission for my app. I also tick “Email access” when I login to my website, but it’s still ask me to enter my email address.

Hello,
could you please post a link to your website?

Hello,
we have now fixed a bug where the user’s Line email was not always correctly retrieved. We also made a test connection on your website and the user’s profile was correctly created with the email address.
Best Regards,
Thank you so much, I really appreciate your help.
