A client of mine has a problem accessing the Pinning, Exclusion and Related Posts options in a few of their post types in WordPress. This is only happening in custom post types and only in some custom post types, others work as expected. When the Pinning, Exclusion and Related Posts options are clicked on for certain CPTs, we receive the following message: “The editor has encountered an unexpected error.” with buttons to Copy Post Text and Copy Error. I copied the error and shared it with my developer who researched it and provided me with the actual error produced, which is TypeError: select(...).getEditedPostAttribute(...) is undefined, and indicated he doesn’t think it is something he can fix without support from your team. My client thought they had an active premium version of Relevanssi (and their website has the premium version of the Relevanssi plugin installed, obviously), but their account shows that has expired. Would a lapsed license impact the CPTs? I provided an example of a page where this is happening, but I understand you will not be able to access the editor view of it to try and replicate the issue.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Pinning, exclusion and related posts are Premium features. I’m not allowed to provide Premium support here, so please send your question through Premium support.

Expired license doesn’t stop the plugin from working, so that’s not the problem, that much I can tell.
