    I have a popup that works fine on a site on a different domain. I imported it to a new domain and primraily just changed the colors. I added a GetResponse integration to the new site pointing it to the correct GetResponse list. But on the new site the form is getting a GetResponse error and not posting.

    Here is the error:

    ad Request{“httpStatus”:400,”code”:1000,”codeDescription”:”General error of validation process, more details should be in context section”,”message”:”Validation error, see context section for more information”,”moreInfo”:”https://apidocs.getresponse.com/v3/errors#1000″,”context”:[{“validationType”:”body”,”fieldName”:[“ipAddress”],”originalValue”:”UNKNOWN”,”errorDescription”:”Wrong field value – IPv4 or IPv6 address required”}],”uuid”:”3585c3bb-1a68-49f1-853c-30d39aff1226″}

    Hello @csdsubscriber

    It appears you need to reconnect the GetResponse integration to update the Hustle authentication code. Could please try to disconnect and reconnect the GetResponse in hustle settings to see how it works?

    The error you shared suggests that GetResponse denied the access request, please let us know if you have issues.

    Best Regards
    Amin

    I disconnected and econnected GetResponse at the Settings level. I also disconnected my popup and saved it. Then reconnected GetResponse and saved it again.

    Same error as far as I can tel:

    Bad Request{“httpStatus”:400,”code”:1000,”codeDescription”:”General error of validation process, more details should be in context section”,”message”:”Validation error, see context section for more information”,”moreInfo”:”https://apidocs.getresponse.com/v3/errors#1000″,”context”:[{“validationType”:”body”,”fieldName”:[“ipAddress”],”originalValue”:”UNKNOWN”,”errorDescription”:”Wrong field value – IPv4 or IPv6 address required”}],”uuid”:”b1a409d1-e5d2-495b-b8f3-e3b4fe3e8e5c”}

    Hi @csdsubscriber

    Please export your pop-up, upload it to Google Drive, and share a link with us in the next reply so we can review your settings and try to connect it to GetResponse on our lab site.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hello @csdsubscriber

    Hope you’re doing well today! Thank you for sharing the Popup Export.

    I imported the popup on my lab site and did a fresh integration with GetResponse. When I visited the site on the frontend and I was able to notice the popup and was able to submit it fine without any issues.

    Here is a screenshot of the Submission done via Integration: https://monosnap.com/file/CGa5z6dV1OMw2sHZPy4k0JC3x5Wvrm

    This could mean that the issue is isolated to your GetResponse account. In this case, I would recommend that you get in touch with the GetResponse support once and check with them in case they can share any further information about the failed attempts by referring to the logs on their end.

    Let us know in case you need any further help.

    Kind Regards,
    Saurabh

    Hello again!

    GetReponse checked their logs and this is what they send me:

    Hello,

    I am contacting you in regard to the conversation you had with my colleague.

    Here’s the API call we receive:

    {’email’:’[email protected]’,’dayOfCycle’:’0′,’campaign’:{‘campaignId’:’fC2wV’},’ipAddress’:’UNKNOWN’,’name’:’Kel’}

    IP address needs have a strict format, i.e. it must have dots and numbers, for example: 153.19.7.1 No other special characters are
    allowed (e.g. hyphens, spaces).

    Please check if the error occurs still when correct format is used.

    Tag you’re it! πŸ™‚

    Hi @csdsubscriber,

    From the response that you shared, it seems the issue is more related to the hosting setup. Can you please bring this to the attention of the hosting support and see if they can provide more insights regarding this issue?

    Please let us know once you have further feedback on this.

    Best Regards,
    Nebu John

    At this point I think when I get time I’ll try creating a new popup instead and see how that goes. No time to chase every techy on the planet for this.

    Feel free to close this thread off for now. πŸ™‚
