Gettin mail as WordPress when i submit

Hi author, Thanks for the plugin.

I have a small issue : when i submit details i should get the mail as from-name , Subject.

but am getting mail as (wordpress), subject..

i had kept in Mail column as : From: [your-email], Subject: [your-subject]….

Do the Needful.. tHanks in advance
