Getting 401 after submitting form

    Hi,

    I have troubles with the submit form. Since some time (don’t know since when) I get this error:

    Wir konnten leider keine Verbindung zum MailPoet Server herstellen. Bitte lade die Seite neu und versuche es erneut.

    For non-german people it says that no connection to MailPoet servers can be established. The reason is a 401 error:

    [Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401 () (https://enbl.it/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php, line 0)

    Can anyone help?

    Hi there,

    This could be caused by a security plugin or firewall settings on the server blocking access to admin-ajax.php, or possibly caching could be affecting things and causing issues due to a cached nonce.

    Please ensure that URL is whitelisted for any security settings (check with hosting regarding server configuration, and with security plugins on the site temporarily disabled), and also ensure it’s completely excluded from any caching on the site.
