Getting 403 error after installing

    I installed this plugin and added the permalink to my site. I got 403 error when trying to access my wp-admin and new secret location. I then deactivated the plugin and deleted the plugin. Still getting 403 error when trying to access my site. Any suggestions on how to get back to my original state where I can access the wp-admin page?
