getting 404 error on second language products | ww.wp.xz.cn

I am having the issue with second language product translations. The product is being shown, but the url or the product gives 404 error. It is related to polylang plugin (probably adding /ru/ to the url) as deactivating plugin makes the product page work, but I have no clue how to solve it. Any help would be highly appreciated. Here is the link to the shop page:

Hi,

Polylang alone is not compatible with WooCommerce. You need an addon to make WooCommerce and Polylang to work together. Then if you still have issues, please request support from the provider of the WooCommerce addon.
