Whenever I hit the manual “Process Email” button I get a 404 page.

It used to work but now it doesn’t and I can’t figure out what changed (I haven’t done anything on the blog – I just noticed lately that there are not new post even though I’ve been sending emails).

Deactivated all plugins, to no avail.

    Please advise?

The “debug” button also gives a 404. Here’s the output of the Postie Configuration Test though:

I would start with uninstalling and reinstalling Postie. All settings will be retained.

I wrote down my settings, Deactivated, then deleted.

    Installed again, activated.

Same settings appear in the settings page. Still 404 on “Proccess Email”.

@wayne any tips on deleting the data somehow and re-installing?

    Thanks 🙂

If you’re getting a 404 then something else is going on.

I would try disabling all other plugins to see if something else isn’t getting in the way.

Like I’ve said in my first post – I tried it.

Do you guys offer paid support or paid services? I’d love to get this up and running again.

Looks like there was a very large attachment in an email which was causing PHP to time out which your theme was treating like a 404.
