Getting 500 Error On TinyMce.Mini.Js

From couple of days i am not able to use my visual editor to post anything, whenever i try to post anything and navigate to Add New Post section, page loads but there are no buttons on visual editor and i am not able to write anything there.

When i check Chrome Developer Section then i saw i am getting 500 Error on /wp-includes/js/tinymce/tinymce.min.js

I had tried disabling all plugins and themes but nothing worked, then i downloaded fresh copy of this script and replaced it but no work then i contacted my hosting support then they said its due to –

PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '",s(t),"' (T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING) in /wp-includes/js/tinymce/tinymce.min.js on line 5

But how can it be as i had replaced full file with new one, i am no developer so cant dig myself to code of that file but i have doubt that it will have any error. :/
