• Hi there wanted you to ask how to change the background area (color) of the featured image section on blog posts… now it seems to be some ‘yellowshness’ but i would prefer a header background image like in the “fourteen press” theme.https://de.ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/fourteenpress/ i couldn’t find anything in the forum so far…

    found this snippet in the fourteen press css:
    background: #b2b2b2 url(images/pattern-light.svg) repeat fixed; but don’t know where to put the code in the twenty seventeen theme.

    Hi, I see the background area next to the featured images with some type of lines/texture on your site right now. Were you able to get this working to your liking or are you still looking for assistance?

    still looking, but i use the old (fourteenpress) them by now. i’m not satisfied, that featured images on twenty seventeen are not the same size, so that’s more the problem right now…

    just did the jump to seventeen theme… pretty nice but the only possibility to get the featured image size in somehow the way i wanted was to use an options plugin, that moved the featured image into the blog-post.
