Most likely this has to do with your server setting.
Have you contacted and discussed this with your hosting provider?
Yes! I spoke with them today. The customer service agent also researched the issue. He found other posts from wordpress users with the same complaint.
the issue is seen in WordPress 3.6 , i have downgraded the wordpress version for some of the blogs and issue was fixed.
or else try to have latest version of the wordpress installed .

They may deny, but Most likely this has to do with your server setting
@navneet: The version of WordPress being used is not a factor. And please do not encourage people to downgrade to older versions of WordPress. That is very, very, bad advice that could result in more sites being hacked.
