• It’s been a very, very, VERY long time since I have used WordPress, so editing with blocks, etc, is all new to me. The last time I even so much as looked at it was probably 2018.

I downloaded the Scratchpad theme because I thought it would be perfect for my blog/journal. I am at a loss to figure out how to get all of the decorative elements to show as they appear in the demo site. The little pages with the post-it notes, labels, etc, the pens, pencils and pencil sharpenings and highlighter graphics, etc. None of this shows up on my blog and I do not understand how to access the CSS so I can enable these features if indeed I have to do that. I think I have gone through every menu trying to find where this can be edited. I have looked for a user guide for the theme but can’t seem to find one.

I know the theme hasn’t been updated for a while but I am hoping someone can direct me to where I need to go to access all of the design elements so I can use them on my blog.

I use Chrome and have a personal subscription to wordpress.com

renlishcom.wordpress.com (it’ll have a new domain attached to it soon)
