Getting an error message

This is the error message I get when trying to play an mp3 file:
Error loading: “#”

I need some clues to be able to help.
1. Can you link to the page on your site where I can see this
2. Also copy the shortcode(s) you are using into your reply on the forum (dont forget to put the code in betweenbackticks.)

The theme you are using looks like has its own audio features and as a result may have some incompatibilities with this plugin. As it is a commercial theme I have no access to the files so troubleshooting is can be difficult.
The first step to troubleshoot this would be to temporarily switch to a default theme such as twentysixteen and check whether the shortcode output is any different. If this makes no difference, also temporarily deactivate all other plugins to investigate whether there is a plugin conflict.
Would it be okay if i created and sent to you a wordpress admin details so you can login and check to see how best to fix this issue and the other one pertaining to external links
No, that kind of hands-on support is far beyond the scope of the free support I can provide for my free plugins, and the forums guidelines also specifically mention that admin access should not be requested or offered on these forums. There are non-free support services available via my website if the free support I can provide here does not suit your requirements.
To start troubleshooting this issue you need to first find out whether the issue is specific to your theme or is related to a plugin by following the directions in the last paragraph of my previous post, and also see whether the issue occurs with just the audioalbum shortcode, but also occurs when the same audio file is specified with WordPress’s default [audio] shortcode.
Well this didnt work for me…moving on to another option.
Did you try the troubleshooting steps?
