Getting an error message in the fields

    Im getting an error Message on the fields “pickup” and “drop off” saying “Sorry! Something went wrong.” this has been since moving over from the subdomain to the live domain. i tried reinstalling the plugin and upgrading wordpress but it still coming up with the error
