getting an error msg in IDX plugin settings when entering api key

    I get an error:Error 409: Invalid request sent to IDX Broker API, please re-install the IDX Broker Platinum plugin
    when I click ‘refresh plugin options’. i copied the API key directly from my IDX account. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin but still get the same results. Am I missing something?

    Please try again. We experienced some API errors this morning and have fixed those.

    Thanks, but no luck…I tried it again and I am still getting the same error message. It will not take the key, its telling me to reinstall the plugin
