Getting an error when I clear the cache

Currently using the Simple Author Box plugin for https://www.simplyhealthyfamily.org/ . However, I get the following error messages whenever the cache of the site is cleared.

Currently the plugin is deactivated as I need to work on the site. The site is using version 2.3.19 of the plugin and running WordPress 5.5.1 . The server is running on PHP 7.3. Has anyone experienced this before? Any ideas on how to fix the issue?
