Getting an Mesmerize error when I enable Theme Switcha plugin

Hi,
I have moved my site locally to test Theme Switcha plugin. When I actually enable this plugin I received the error below:

Currently running child theme of Highlight Pro (our license has ended). I have actually contacted Theme Switcha plugin support regarding this issue and they stated to contact Mesmerize Companion plugin support instead. Here is link to the original message:
