Getting "an unexpected error" message when uploading a theme. Optimize Press

“An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with ww.wp.xz.cn or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

This is what I get when adding a theme but more importantly my new theme “Optimize Press” does not work.
The following is what I got from their Tech Support……………

There seems to be some kind of security blocking functionality of WordPress/OP – this is not normal: http://screencast.com/t/vSHXtTbVm

It also seems to effect OP settings. I re-installed the theme but that didn’t help.

OptimizePress is installed correctly so once this issue is resolved with your host then it should work fine.
