Access to the UPS API which doesn’t require any service subscription with UPS. Set up an account on the UPS website and request an access key: https://www.ups.com/doapp/SignUp

Here is the URL on the UPS site from which one can request an Access Key: https://www.ups.com/upsdeveloperkit?loc=en_US
It is step 4 in the “How to Get Started” section.
