getting critical error using plugin

    Hi I am gettin 2 critical site health issue when i use the cart abandon plugin

    The REST API encountered an error Performance
    Your site could not complete a loopback request Performance

    Also when i try to disable the plugin i get the following error any help is very much appreciated

    “When disabling the plugin, woo-cart-abandonment-recovery, a site failure occurred. Because of this the change was automatically reverted”
