I have a new install and I let the plugin set things up. I went through the GeoDirectory basic installation and set things up. I have no other plugins installed and I’m using your Supreme Directory theme. I have a Google Maps API Key. The maps show correctly.

I click on a place and the map shows up in the side bar. When I enter a starting location to get direction, a drop down list shows the starting location and I select it, however, when I click the button to Get Directions, a popup appears stating the “Address not found for:…..” for the starting location.

When I check the stats for the API, it shows a direction inquiry was successfully made.

    How can I fix this?

    Hi,

did you enable the Google Maps Directions API when creating your API keys?

See the bottom of this doc: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/add-google-api-key/

    Let us know,

    Thanks

Google Maps Directions API is enabled and the dashboard shows 9 successful requests have been made, however, I receive the error on my website.

Better if you post about this in our forum, we will need admin credentials to verify…

    Thank you

Before I gave out my admin credentials, I thought to check out a few things.

I switched to a different theme and everything worked. When I switched back to the Supreme Directory theme, the layout changed from the way it had originally setup. The map was now on the right side, under a tab and the directions worked.

Sounds like maybe the install script failed to fire the first time, if everything works now thats good 🙂

Just let us know if you have any further problems.

    Thanks,
