Hello,
Sometimes messages land in Spam due to being duplicates, but other times I will receive two emails with the exact same content at the same time.
How can I fix this?

Through which contact form do you get the duplicate messages?

Takayuki, thanks for following up. We get duplicates from all of the forms.

Not all of the time, but a few times each day, any of the forms are liable to deliver duplicates.

The forms seem to take a longer time than usual to process submission. I think that is part of the cause. Impatient people would click the submit button again and again.

I don’t know. There are cases where other plugins or theme cause such issues. Why don’t you try deactivating them?
