Getting duplicate Pod entries (again)

    On submission of our gravity form, we are receiving duplicate POD entries. This happened several years back, but hasn’t happened for many years since. Just started again.

    WordPress v6.8.1
    Pods v3.3.1
    Pods Gravity Forms Add-On v1.5.1

    Any suggestions on how to fix?
