• Resolved JetSettingFools

I’ve installed WP 4.2.1 and now all my pages and posts result in 404 error code. I am NOT techy. Last time I worked with code, I crashed my entire site. Based on what I’ve read from others, it has something to do with permalinks, but I need extremely detailed instructions on how to fix – otherwise I’m sure to mess it up more than it already is 🙂

  • Sign into your WP site.

    Go to your Dashboard.

Go to Settings on the left side. Hover over this.

    Select Permalinks and click.

Go to the bottom of the list and select Save Changes. It doesn’t matter that you have not actually made any changes.

If Permalinks were your problem, this will fix it.
