A potential solution for this could be to use the “additional context” field when interacting with the chatbot. This field allows you to provide more specific instructions to guide the chatbot’s responses. For instance, you could explicitly mention your actual website domain (mydomain.store) within this context to help the chatbot generate the correct URLs.

Hi,
but after i make more clear also bot not following context. continuous giving apple website link, after making url is 404 because it wrong address. i already indexed 45 product by embeddings not following there too and giving information like without context bot.
My current context is below,
