Is that a wordfence error? Our errors usually have the wordfence logo on them.
Did you enable falcon caching?

Yes i had enabled falcom caching after i activated the plugin (using wordfence since last 2 months). This problem started since yesterday morning (Indian Time). After I deactivated wordfence the problem did not occur any more
Are you wanting to try and troubleshoot this or do you wish to leave the plugin deactivated? I suspect that the htaccess file was modified incompletely.
Also, can you confirm you got that error message from Wordfence or…?

Will this issue go away when there is the next update of your plugin? I am not that technically well versed, I can copy paste my .htaccess, which my hosting provider had provided me before I deactivated wordfence, if that will be of any help.
I would be wary to say anything like that since I don’t really know what the problem is. If you could paste the htaccess file here (or use pastebin if it is a large file, that would be great.

this file was the one before i disabled wordfence.
Same problem on our website. Started two days ago. 500 Internal server error.
Our hosting service said that WordFence is triggering incorrect code in the .htaccess file.
