Hello @hulihulagirl,

Please make sure that you are using correct Access Key in the Anti-Spam plugin settings:

WordPress Admin Page > Settings > Anti-Spam by CleanTalk > “Show the access key” line

To find your Access Key, please follow this guide: https://cleantalk.org/help/access-key#anti-spam_access_key
