Getting Error Message

I am getting the following message once a user fills out the form and presses submit;
“There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” (orange border – spam)
This should take them to PayPal and send me an email with their information. I get the error message instead.

It is not spam. The user is requesting membership/renewal to our organization.

Any ideas how I can get through this?
