Getting error message

    I am getting this error message with the version installed from WP repository within WP admin -> Plugins -> Add New (Version 1.2 )

    Notice: has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.0! Usage of user levels by plugins and themes is deprecated. Use roles and capabilities instead. in /home3/davidngu/public_html/socaluxcamp_dev/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2923

    I noticed there’s a message on the support forum from a year ago with the same error.
