Getting error "Network is unreachable"

I’ve tried the plugin locally and it works but when I try it online it gives me an error. Here’s the message from the Test Configuration:

Facebook returned the following error when testing your configuration.
Failed to connect to 255.255.255.255: Network is unreachable
