getting error when displaying document

    After several months of use, suddenly my latest uploaded document gives an error: Preview not available
    An error occured while converting this document.

    The upload to crocodoc was succesfull.

    Documents which were uploaded previously still work fine.

    It could have to do with a change in the Crocodoc API, but I would expect everyone to have the same issues if that was the case. Unfortunately I don’t have the time to look into this any time soon, but when I do, I will check it out.

    Issue was probably a temporarily glitch because after a few days it worked fine again.
