getting error while submitting form, spinner is loading

    Hello,

    I’m experiencing a 404 error when trying to submit a Contact Form 7 form on my WordPress site. Here’s the console error message:

    GET https://www.timesofai.com/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/2523/feedback/ 404 (Not Found)

    Issue: When the form is submitted, the browser console shows a failed GET/POST request to the /wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/2523/feedback/ endpoint.
    It seems like either the form ID is not being recognized, or the endpoint is being blocked/rewritten incorrectly.

    and the spinner keep rotating nothing happens

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    Ceris is the theme is using Contact Form 7, Contact Form CFDB7,Really Simple Security Pro,Wordfence Security, WP Rocket – these are main plugin and also recently installed wpforms because this is not working.
