The contact form works fine when he Google Sheet settings are not entered. Once I entered the GS settings, the form will not submit or save to Flamingo, and shows the following erorr in the Dev console.

Sorry for the delay in responding

I have tested on my side it seems to be working perfectly, can you confirm the following
1. While Authentication have you given the permission of Google Sheet and Google Drive, you can deactivate the Auth once and go to http://myaccount.google.com and remove the GSheetConnector once and then ReAuthenticate with Google from the plugin
2. Make sure you configured the sheetname, sheetID and Tabname, TabID perfectly as suggested

3. Also make sure you added the field names in header exactly as suggested in above link

At last
Enable the debug log and check the debug.log for errors and let me know
