Getting error with WPMUDEV Membership plugin

    Hi, I’m now getting an error with the Membership plugin (from WPMUDEV).

    When I’m logged in and go to my Membership Register page, I get a blank page with the below error messages. Usually, when I’m logged and go to “Register,” it re-directs to Account. Thoughts?
