getting headlines on another page

Hello..

Thanks for such a great script. I am using 3 installations in my site… I have a question…

I would like to use the latest post headlines of the wordpress installations in my home page. Each installations are in separate folders and now i need to show the latest post headlines in the index.php page of my site..

Please help me…
