I installed this debugging plugin through wordpress interface last night and immediately I could not access the website or even the wordpress dashboard. I am getting the “HTTP ERROR 500” error. I tried renaming the plugins folder and the theme’s folder, tried adding a new .htaccess file. Nothing is making any difference so far. I’m relatively new to wordpress and webbuilding and pretty lost as to how I can recover my website 🙁

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

A 500 error is a server error. If you’ve renamed the plugin it should no longer be active.

You might want to take a look at your wp-config.php file to see if there are any problems.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction! I looked at wp-config.php and somehow there was a random period symbol in the middle of it, removed it and now it works! 🙂
