Getting http// without colon in log/404

Hi,

In our log and 404 errors report in the Redirection admin screen, we are seeing an anomaly whereby the listed URL (shown when hovering over the entry) has a second http// but without the colon. For example:

https://http//www.urlexample.org/whatever/

https://http//www.urlexample.org/other/

We are currently on version 5.7. Before I update it, wanted to see if it is a known bug.
