ActiveCampaign Not Syncing with WordPress – Revenue Showing as 0

Hi there,
I’m facing an issue where ActiveCampaign is not syncing properly with WordPress.
I’ve already reconnected ActiveCampaign to WordPress to ensure the integration is active. I ran a campaign and received orders, but the revenue in ActiveCampaign still shows 0.
When I checked the WordPress order details, the contact is there, but the corresponding order data isn’t appearing in ActiveCampaign. It seems there’s a syncing issue between WordPress and ActiveCampaign.
Additionally:
1. I couldn’t find a manual sync option within the WordPress menu.
2. When I tried to initiate a sync from ActiveCampaign, it redirected me to a URL saying I don’t have access — even though I’m logged in as an administrator.
3. Please check if this could be a version compatibility issue, as my current WordPress version is 6.8.I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.
