Getting links from custom menu?

    Hello

    On my theme it currently displays on the navigation categories for posts but I would like it to show the links from a custom menu I made.

    In the code it currently has this: http://pastebin.com/HRZKm8ng – IT displays the post categories.

    Does anyone know how I can change this.
