Thank you for using our plugin Jerrad.
We are going to run some tests first and we’ll let you know what is happening and what can we do.
We’ll keep you posted. Thank you for your patience.
Hello Jerrad!
Thank you for your patience on this! We have ran some tests and we were unable to reproduce this on our ends.
We have tested a lot of common scenarios, and we were unable to find any problems in a vanilla environment with WP 2FA and user switching enabled.
Can you offer us a bit more context on the plugins installed on your site, and WP 2FA configuration? (e.g. 2FA method used, Enforcement rules, Plugins that you suspect are part of this context – this may help us try to further investigate and possibly reproduce it on our side)
Can you also tell me what 2FA method you have configured for your admin user, the one from where the switching to other users is made?
Can you tell me if those users have custom roles created by another plugin? or just regular WordPress roles (e.g. Editor, Subscriber etc).
I will also need to know what 2FA method those users for which you have tried to log in have configured.
Last but not least – does this happen when you are trying to switch to any of the users on the site? Or maybe just for some particular users/roles? If you can spot a pattern here, it would help us further in seeing what could go wrong.
Looking forward to hearing back from you on this!

Hi Lucian,
I would like to give answers to your questions but I don’t want to make this information public. Is there another way we can communicate?
Thanks,
Jerrad
