    Hi there

I have manually imported a few hundred users and now want to add them to a subscription plan and then automatically prompt them to complete the registration and pay. How can I set that up on the system?

When users register through the front end, they are directed to the Paypal profile and then make the payment. When I add the ones I have manually imported to a subscription plan, they are added and active but nothing happens. They are not prompted to pay.

    Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @apsjay,

Please allow me to explain: If you assign a subscription plan to a user on the Members page, this user will have an active subscription plan and payment will no longer be necessary.

Also, a user who already has an account created on your website must log in, and then he will be able to buy a subscription plan from the registration form. So it’s not possible to achieve what you want with Paid Member Subscriptions plugin.

A logged-in user will see only the subscription plans on the registration page, more information here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/shortcodes/#Allow_logged_in_users_to_become_MembersNow

A workaround would be the following: You can use a newsletter to send your users an email, for example, with the content you offer on your website + a link to the page where they can purchase the subscription plan, you can also mention that they must be logged in to buy their subscription plan.

Ah I understand, thanks so much for your help! Yes, I will use the workaround I think.
