Your site has a lot of mixed content that is usually fixed by the mixed content fixer. I checked the source, and the mixed content fixer marker is not inserted. This means either we’re looking at cache, or the mixed content fixer is blocked.
Please try steps 3 and 5 in this article:
https://really-simple-ssl.com/knowledge-base/how-to-check-if-the-mixed-content-fixer-is-active/
– Clearing cache (if any)
– Switch mixed content fixer hook
– Check if there’s a plugin conflict, blocking the mixed content fixer.

I have cleared cache and enabled Switch mixed content fixer hook ( seeing data-rsssl=1 in view source on body tag) .But still HTTPS site is not working .
See list active plugins in my site below link and let me know which plugins might create conflict.

Hi,
I don’t see the data-rsssl=1 marker in the source of https://therepublikofmancunia.com/ and Really Simple SSL also doesn’t appear in the list of active plugins. To test if a plugin is blocking the mixed content fixer from working, you can try to disable all plugins (except Really Simple SSL) to test if that solves the conflict. If so, you can enable other plugins one by one to see which is causing it.

I deactivated Really Simple SSL after finishing mixed content fixer test. Is there any other way to fix the issue without deactivating all plugins. Because It is having more number viewers currently and they may face some issues during plugin deactivation testing. .

Deactivating all plugins is the only real way to test for an unknown plugin conflict. Without checking plugins manually there’s no way to tell for sure if the issue is caused by a plugin conflict, and if so which plugin is causing it. You could have a look at copying the site over to a staging/local testing environment using a plugin like Duplicator so it can be tested without it affecting the live site.
