Hello @bojangles50
I see that you are using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, and some visitor parameters may be transmitted incorrectly. It causes incorrect filtering in some requests.
We suggest changing the following Anti-Spam plugin settings:
– Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library to On (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Anti-Spam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings -> Data Processing section).
Please, check these screenshots: Advanced settings https://prnt.sc/t5hbLFS0HDa4, Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library option https://prnt.sc/GBAwmtDwbmrG.
Also make sure that the website cache is 24 hours or less. In the LiteSpeed Cache, this is the ‘Public Cache TTL’ option in the TTL Tab: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/cache/#ttl-tab.
Our recent compatibility studies with LiteSpeed Cache have shown that for our plugin to work correctly, you need to add exclusions to the JS Excludes and JS Deferred/Delayed Excludes sections for our ‘apbct-public-bundle scripts’ in the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. Without these exceptions, some parameters are not transmitted to the Cloud, resulting in false positives.
Please see the screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/RgnGkshU68GR.
Don’t forget to clear the cache after all actions!
Please let us know if the issue persists.

Hello it was the email adrress the form is using which I am not going to put on a public forum which is also the same email address all orders used to come to as well. All emails used to come to my mail client which is mailbird.
I will open up a support ticket as you mentioned
Hello.
We discovered that the third-party ActiveCampaign Postmark plugin overrides wp_mail. This was causing emails not to be delivered. So I’m going to mark this topic as “resolved”.
If you have any further questions, you can start a new topic or contact us via our private Ticket System: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open.
