Getting only currency code without any numeric value GBP

Hi,
We’re getting only currency code without any numeric value <g:price>GBP</g:price>
We’re using https://flexibleshipping.com/ to set custom values, but for now have a flat rate which doesn’t come up either.
Contacted flexibleshipping support team and they said “made some tests using Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce plugin and it turned out that the same result we get in the case of standard Flat rate WooCommerce shipping methods, i.e. in xml file we get only currency code without any numeric value e.g. <g:price>GBP</g:price>.”.
